How we compiled this page
We have not collected a statistical sample of FitSpresso complaints, and we will not invent one. This page instead covers the problem categories that come up again and again for online-only supplements of this kind, matched to FitSpresso’s specific ingredients and terms, with practical fixes for each. If you have a complaint you are happy for us to publish, email contact@fitsspresso.com.
Complaint 1: “It didn’t work”
This is the most common complaint for any weight-management supplement, and it usually comes down to expectations. The ingredients in FitSpresso produced small average effects in studies, often over 8 to 24 weeks, and always alongside diet. Someone who expects visible change in two weeks without changing what they eat will almost certainly be disappointed.
How to avoid it: set a realistic goal, measure your waist and weight weekly, and decide by around week 12 using our results timeline. If it is not helping, use the guarantee.
Complaint 2: Slow delivery or missing parcels
Online-only supplements ship from warehouses, and delivery times vary by location and carrier. International orders can take noticeably longer and may involve customs.
How to avoid it: check the estimated delivery window at checkout, save your tracking number, and contact support in writing if your parcel has not arrived within the stated time. Keep a copy of every message.
Complaint 3: Refund confusion
FitSpresso adds its own confusion: the checkout and label state a 180-day guarantee, but the seller’s returns page still describes 60 days and asks for unused bottles to be sent back at your cost to Aurora, Colorado. People also miss the window, return bottles without details, or cannot find who to contact. Some guarantees require you to return bottles, empty or full; others do not. Terms can also change over time.
How to avoid it: screenshot the guarantee at checkout, call support on 1-877-607-7721 (7 am to 9 pm, seven days, per the returns page) early rather than late, set a reminder well before day 60 to be safe, and follow our refund steps and email template.
Complaint 4: Unexpected extra charges or upsells
Many online checkouts present extra offers after you pay. Some buyers click through quickly and later find they bought more than they meant to.
How to avoid it: read each post-purchase screen carefully and choose “No thanks” for anything you do not want. Check your confirmation email for the final total. If you were charged for something you did not intend to buy, contact support immediately.
Complaint 5: Side effects
Possible issues include stomach upset, bloating, nausea, loose stools and, from ginseng, trouble sleeping. People on diabetes medication could experience low blood sugar, with shakiness, sweating or confusion.
How to avoid it: take FitSpresso with food, avoid taking it late in the day, and speak with your doctor first if you take any regular medication. Stop and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. See side effects.
Complaint 6: Bought a fake or from the wrong website
Look-alike sites and marketplace resellers are a real problem for popular online supplements. Products bought this way may not be genuine and are not covered by the seller’s guarantee.
How to avoid it: buy only through a checkout that clearly shows the guarantee and support details. Our where-to-buy guide explains what to look for.
How to raise a complaint effectively
- Find your order number and the support contact on your confirmation email.
- Write a short, factual message: what you ordered, when, what went wrong and what you want (refund, replacement, tracking update).
- Keep everything in writing and note the dates.
- If you get no reply within the stated support window, follow up once, then contact your card issuer about a dispute.
